Cove View Manor of Sag Harbor

Like new, beautiful, bright and open, tastefully decorated home with all the amenities, comforts and conveniences one needs.
Main floor with 60" flat screen tv a fully stocked kitchen and french doors opening up to a wrap around porch with water views. Upstairs boasts three bedrooms. Enjoy water views from both the master suite and second bedroom which open up the a wrap around upper deck. The master suite is furnished with a king size tempur-pedic bed with flat screen tv, walk in closet and master bath with rainfall shower. The third bedroom shares a full bath and view of the inground pool and outdoor fireplace. The comforts of central air, radiant heated floors, outdoor shower along with many more amenities makes your stay a pleasurable one.
One mile to Long Beach and one mile to the town of Sag Harbor makes this a great central location to enjoy your private vacation getaway. Ocean beaches, golfing, and shopping are just a short drive from this vacation home as well as many of the enjoyments that the Hamptons has to offer.

Never Disappoints

This is my third stay at this house and once again it was a perfect vacation. The host, Michael, is as accessible as every review states. You rarely have to contact him because he’s a pro and has planned for just about everything in the house. It’s clean and well-stocked. The pool and grounds are maintained well. And on the rare occasion you do need him, his response time will be minutes-every time. I coincidentally checked in on a very special day for his family and he was still attentive and making sure I was comfortably checked in. The house is great for families or adults. The open floorplan is great for cooking and staying in. The pool is a great size. There is a wonderful porch to spending early or late evenings outside. We used the grill as well as the fireplace for S'mores. There’s a yard to play. And the location is great. Minutes from town, and perfectly located to get to Southampton, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, etc. Looking forward to my next stay!

Top notch host and home!

Pack your clothes, grab some food and EVERYTHING else is at the Cove! Mike is a superb host. Our dog loved the yard, we loved the location and pool. Grab this house if you can get it.

This home and experience is highly rated and it lives up to its reputation. The house is immaculate and very well thought out. Its location is great---one mile from town and just a bit longer to the beaches. The pool is clean and kept at a great temperature. Mike is extremely responsive to any and all questions and requests.

Another wonderful stay!

This is our second year renting this property and everything was just as good as last year. The owner is very responsive and helpful. He updated some of the furnishings this year and maintains the property very well. Location close to the beach and town cannot be beat. Hope to return again next summer.
