Enjoy your stay in our stylish and freshly renovated 2 bed and 2 bath home. It’s been furnished and equipped with all New furniture and appliances for your needs. There are smart TVs in every room with high speed WIFI. There’s a private master bedroom with King bed, walk in closet and walk in shower. Another guest room is furnished with queen bed. Pull out sofa with 65in TV in the living room to accommodate 6 people total. We’re located in quiet and friendly neighborhood in Carmichael.

Weekend Stay to Attend a Nearby Wedding

Wonderful place to stay. The interior is clean, inviting, and in excellent shape with plenty of space with each room well appointed. We appreciated all the cooking and serving utensils provided for making and eating meals. We'd have no qualms about staying here again.

Checking in and out was easy. The host didn't respond to us checking out til the next day. The rental was very nice on the inside, the yard could use some work. There were signs posted everywhere. When you're on vacation, you dont really want to be stressed or worried about so many rules.

The inside was well done. The outside was the exact opposite. Pictures below. It appeared that no maintenance was being done on the outside. Not useable at all. Would not return. Cleanliness rating would be higher if just considered inside.

Your place was fantastic. The linens were top notch. You did the best you could with the small bathrooms. Regarding the bed. It seemed perfect until I woke up in the middle of the night and where I was lying had dipped down. I had to move to the other side where it was even. My niece had the same experience. Probably nothing you can do about it, but I wouldn't want to sleep on that bed again.Just a few suggestions to make it even better.-Put the instructions for the thermostat in the book.-Not sure there were instructions about recycling in the book. If there were, we didn't pay attention. Not being from California, we weren't aware about separating trash. We didn't see the three types of trash containers until the day we left. Also if you expect people to follow the California rules about disposing different kinds of trash, you should have more than one trash container in the kitchen.-Provide kitchen towels.-Make sure trashcan liners are available. We only had the ones in the trash cans.-The kitchen could be stocked a little better. For example: larger glasses, cooking oil, serving bowls.-If you don't want people drinking in the bedrooms, take away the coasters.-More hangers.-A few more bath towels-Kleenex would be a nice touch-One last personal note. It seems a little naive to expect people take off their shoes in the house. Never seen this request in any rentals I've used.

Trip by for 89 year old mother in law

This place was nice and it will played out. It great because you can park your rental car in the driveway instead of try to Park on the street where you have a hard time finding a parking spot. The host tell you up front everything she expects and I love that so you can’t say I didn’t know the inside of the house is so relaxing you don’t want to leave I loved it there hope to come back again

Clean but only the basics

The 2-bedroom duplex was very clean but furnished only with the basics - sofa, dining table, small desk, beds, TVs, minimum of kitchen supplies. If you're looking for a 'homey' place to be, this isn't. But it has all the basics if that's all you need. Beds are firm but comfortable, bathrooms are small, and ease of entering was helpful. Only space for one vehicle in driveway and very little on street parking. Zero landscaping (dead grass front and back) and no gazebo as pictured.

Overall the stay was pleasant, the binder information about places close by was very useful. Although we were not use to some of the house rules we did our best out the owners respect. The home was cozy really nice great stay.
