This is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy everything that Rancho Cordova/Gold River/Sacramento have to offer. At this spacious and modern home, your stay is whatever you want it to be. The options are endless-- You can enjoy a home cooked meal, American river rafting, American River bike trail, Downtown Sacramento, Rancho Murieta horse racing and others.

The space
The house is fully furnished with quality furniture, and luxurious bed/bath essentials. Please note that you must be comfortable going up stairs as all bedrooms are upstairs.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, wine glasses, salt and pepper for you to prepare your finest dishes.

- In order to protect our guests & our home, we have an outdoor surveillance system installed.
- Garbage is pick up on Monday morning, if you are residing during this time, please pull them out.

We flew to Sacramento from Florida, Texas and Georgia for a girls trip to attend a concert in a neighboring city. Needless to say we traveled for 12 hours, were exhausted and ready to settle in. We booked a different house and discovered a broken window that had been duck taped numerous times. It was unsafe to sleep there. VRBO was no help at all in assisting us to find a different location. I sent Thai a message to see if he could accommodate a last minute booking. He responded almost immediately and accepted us. We checked in at 7pm and were finally able to relax. The beds were comfortable, the house was nice and located in a nice neighborhood. It is located near restaurants and shopping centers. I was able to get up the next morning and go to the gym that was 5-10 min away. The location made it easy to get from point A to B with ease. Our safety was never in question. When we headed to the airport to fly back home, the traffic flow was not impeded. This was a great location and our go to when we make another trip to Sacramento. Thank you Thai!!

Great stay!

We were attending an event in Murieta, and the house was very continently located for us to go back and forth. We were really only there to sleep, but it was perfect for us. The house was clean, easy to find, had planets of space, its conveniently located very near a Sprouts grocery store, an ice cream shop, and not far from a shopping center with a Starbucks, Raley’s, etc. Great communication from the host!,

Great location, kitchen could use more essentials

Plenty of room for our group and super close to baseball fields. House could use a deep cleaning, was super dusty in a lot of places. No comforters on any of the beds, just 1 throw blanket. Only 1 frying pan in kitchen which made it difficult could make a full breakfast for 3 teenage boys.

Overall good. Easy check-in & out. Appreciated the bottled water in fridge. Purple bathrooms not our taste in decor, but beds and pillows comfortable. Walking to Handels and Sprouts nearby and close to freeway.

Fine but not spectacular stay

This property was fine for our stay, as we didn't spend too much time in the house. It feels a little worn down and not very cozy. The positives:--very comfortable beds--check in process (keypad lock)--an upstairs and downstairs thermostat--owner responds quickly--owner provides shampoo, conditioner, etc.--not a long list of things to do upon checkout Would be nice if:--there were area rugs downstairs, so that the floor didn't feel so cold (it would also make the spaces feel cozier)--there were extra blankets. Could have used another blanket on each of the beds, and one downstairs on the couch.All-in-all it was a fine stay and was satisfactory for our needs for the weekend.

Nice Home

It was a nice place! A couple of items to review: the ice maker in the refrigerator needs to be repaired. It would have been nice to have some Kleenex; and I would have liked to know we couldn't wear shoes in the house; I would have brought house slippers along. Minor items~we would definitely rent this house again!!

Wonderful stay

Thai was super responsive to any questions I had. The house was comfortable and met all our needs for a quick family weekend stay. There is a lack of drawer space since none of the bedrooms have a dresser that would’ve made a longer stay inconvenient, but we used our suitcases and the few hangers provided for our 3 night stay. Otherwise an overall wonderful experience. Thank you Thai.

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood

Spacious home in a newer, nice and quiet Rancho Cordova neighborhood. Enjoyed the weekend. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking. Had a nice laundry room with new washer and dryer. Master bedroom was huge with a private balcony. More space than I needed by myself, but all the amenities I wanted! Would stay again.

A week in SAC

We had a great week in Sacramento visiting our daughter and son-in-law who live in Rancho Cordova. We had an option of staying at hotel, but always enjoy having the extra space a VRBO home offers. It is the closest thing to being home, with out being there. This house was no exception. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. The host was excellent to work with and made himself available for anything we might need. The location was close to everything, grocery, restaurants, and a short 30 min drive to wineries, which we enjoyed. This home has everything you need.

We didn’t get the check in information as the owner wasn’t aware we had rented the property from Expedia, yet we called him and gave us the code to enter. The home was very clean, plenty of towels and other needed supplies. We would definitely stay here again if we come around this area to visit.

Stay at Rancho for a family event

We needed to book a stay for a family event in Folsom. We found this stay for 8. It was a great place with all the needed amenities and inside a residential neighborhood. The place is close by to grocery stores, pharmacy and fast-foot centers all within 5-10min drive's. Drive's to Folsom, Lake Tahoe and Sacramento Downtown are all very do-able from this location. Thai is very responsive in communicating and flexible, had a good experience with him as a host. I would definitely book this stay again if needed. Thanks much, Akil
