2/10, Horrible

I completed a survey to share my feedback about my recent stay, as I felt it was important to highlight the issues I encountered. With over 32 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I wanted to address the conditions that I believe constituted false advertising. However, I was uncomfortable being profiled and questioned when I checked in at the front desk.
The hotel manager suggested I approach him with any concerns, but I feel that simply reporting my issues would not change my experience. For instance, I went without a restroom for 24 hours during my stay, which was unacceptable. Out of necessity, I had to purchase a toilet plunger to help resolve my complaint, even though I am not employed by the hotel. I did this to ensure that no one else would have to endure the distress of not having access to a toilet for an entire day.
again, I would hate to give a survey and be in profile and have to answer to a hotel manager for giving a survey. It’s not my job. I’m the guess the paying guest
