The house is fabulous with everything you need (some other options I looked at before booking here, we all would have had to bring our own linens and towels which is a huge inconvenience). "We had not been to Concan in since my youngest teenager was just a kid and we had never stayed in this part of the river. Definitely very lively and fun. The whole family fell in love with the place and look forward to coming back. "

"The property was wonderful. The six bedrooms with baths were perfect. The kitchen and family room was big enough to accommodate our large family. The outside pool was amazing. We played pool volleyball and had a blast. The addition of the ping pong table, basketball, and outdoor restroom was perfect. Plenty of refrigerators and outdoor seating. "This location is absolutely fantastic. Direct access to the Frio river for swimming, fishing or just enjoying the beautiful view. We were a family group of all ages, and everyone had a wonderful time. Easy communication with the owner for questions. Highly recommend."

"Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. "Normally stay at a cabin at Garner SP, but due to road construction they weren't available, but so glad we found PeachTree cottage. Nice and quiet, set far enough off the road to feel secluded, but a very short drive to Lost Maples SP. Clean and had plenty of gear for cooking. Would definitely come back!"

"Our trip was very relaxing. The views were beautiful. It rained a lot but there were plenty of games and puzzles. The younger generation were amazed by the old phones. This is a beautiful little town and home. "
