Plus, there's plenty of outdoor space to grill, play yard games, and watch the furry friends run and play. Craving adventure? Head to San Antonio for the day or visit Garner State Park nearby.

Loved staying here!! It felt like home. SUPER comfy bed which is amazing for a frio rental. Will absolutely stay again. Super close to Neal's and Joe Jimmys - We went both nights.

Peaceful getaway!

The location overall was perfect for a quiet getaway! The property was secluded and far enough away from the crowds, but still so close to the frio, shops, and restaurant. The cabins were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Tranquility!!

The property was amazing. Getting away from the city and being outdoors in nature was so peaceful and beautiful. The house/cabin were very nice and cozy. Having Garner State Park close was a plus. We went twice to Garner and had a blast. We will be visiting again! Thanks for the treats and being a great host!

Perfect Getaway

The cabins were both very comfortable and clean! The main cabin was gorgeous and spacious. Having the second cabin was perfect for my 18+ teenagers. They really loved having their own space. The place was literally minutes from Neal’s where we were able to get a few things we needed. We drove a little further to find an ideal place to hang out in the river. We just loved being in a more secluded area, yet so close to the river! We will definitely book again in the future!

LACK OF AIR CONDITIONING / TRASH / HOUSE NOT READY

Air conditioning was lacking in the main house and of course the outdoor bathroom. Recommend adding window units to upstairs and outdoor bath. Trash had built up from previous tenants and had not been removed. The outside trash bin was overflowing well beyond capacity. Neither cabin was ready at 3, we had to wait until 4 for the cleaning to be completed. Vacuuming was very sup-par.

Our stay in Sabinal

Our family had a great time at this property. Very clean, everything necessary to cook in the kitchen and outside on the grills....there is a smoker as well, bit I didn't get to use it. Comfortable as well....the option of having the other cabin was cool too....the outdoor bathroom was a plus....you have the ability to shower there as well. The wifi would go out....but its understandable, you're in the middle of nature....we were ok with it. Great communication with the owners....any questions they responded quickly. If you're looking to spend some time with peace and quiet....stay here. You can visit Garner State park as well. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice cabins with everything you need. We cooked inside and outside. The property has everything you need to cook in the kitchen and a grill outside as well a smoker. The wifi was spotty....it would come and go (but its a remote ranch, kinda expected)

Great escape to the country. House was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to Concan but still very remote. Was nice sitting on the porch and using the outside grills.
