"I love the fact that it was very peaceful and comforting. All of the staff members were very welcoming and nice. I tried multiple different room types and love them all. I also enjoyed being in the hammock next to the water."

"Overall, the experience was good. Upon arrival, our studio was not ready, although the cleaning staff resolved the issue quickly. The first impression was positive, but several details affected our stay. I also shared this same feedback directly with the host.
1. We could not control the A/C temperature, so the first night was extremely cold.
2. The provided bedsheet was stained and dirty, so we could not use it.
3. The sofa bed and upholstery were dirty. We included photos as evidence.

"I was very disappointed with my stay. Was not what I saw in the pictures! Never again! From mice to roaches, mold, ceiling chips falling on your head.

"Ofrecieron estacionamiento el cual no existe. La calle no es propiedad privada. Ofrecer estacionar al frente en la calle no es tener estacionamiento disponible.
La presión de la ducha fue como balance con un vaso.
De todo lo demás fue excelente"

"Good Location. Street Parking. Building conditions needs maintainance . Needs to improve A LOT cleanliness. Found the bathroom with hairs all over and had to clean myself it was very disgusting. All the noises from outside can be clearly heard. Only for one night to get through it."
