"Camp Twosome was the perfect place to spend a few rainy days with spots of sunshine in the adirondacks. The view out the large windows was delightful, wonderfully framing the fall colors cascading over the mountains. Along with the view was a wonderful feeling of seclusion with the convenience of a fairly short drive into town when you need groceries or to stop at Cafe Sarah for drinks and a macaroon. The host was delightfully helpful when we stopped in to ask a quick question, and the hot tub...

"Best seal of approval is that we go every year, and we DO. Private setting, roomy house, easy kitchen to cook in, grill on the deck, and accessible to a lot of places if you want to skip that for the day. It is very easy to relax in this place, plenty to do if you are stuck in on rainy days, spacious enough to spread out, and the dogs love it. We never want for more when staying here. Perfect."

"The check-in process was seamless. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you could want or need. There were nice above and beyond touches from the host making the space extremely welcoming. Outdoor space was great for dining and firepit use. "This spot was ideal for us. Beauty, privacy, quiet, comfort. We used it as a base camp for exploring the Adirondacks. Felt remote but nearby North Creek had everything we needed. We had glorious weather and were outside most of the time, but the cabin was big enough for reading and playing games if we had needed to be inside more."

"Everything was amazing. Host were so kind. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their home was beautiful and location was great. We enjoyed kayaking and the canoe too. Listening to the loons and seeing otters were our highlights. Great hikes in the area. The Hike to castle rock for an aerial view of the lake was amazing. Our dogs loved it too. "Had a great stay. The original booking had a loft and wasn't handicap accessible, so we switched to another cabin on the property. The new cabin had a couple steps up, and a small front porch. A rail would have been nice, but we made it work. It was charming, cozy, warm, clean, quiet, and private with a nice bathroom and hot shower. The kitchen was great, I cooked breakfast and a roast chicken and baked some apple turnovers. We had a nice campfire under the stars. We had a nice view and enjoyed...

"Our kids and grandkids all meet up with us each February to ski Gore Mt. The cabin was perfect. The kids declared the hosts “so generous!!” as they leave snacks and a hot cocoa bar. The owner was accessible and responsive. Our poodles were welcome and we did not have to worry about their safety as we were waaaay off the beaten path! "
