"Our stay was good. Room was clean somewhat. The a/c was very cold. The towels needs to be upgraded, they were dingy. Other than that our stay was great. Our breakfast was on point."

We stayed one night before boarding a sailboat and they helped us with getting to dinner, grocery stores for provisioning, breakfast and getting to the marina. "Loved our stay here. Place was clean, kitchen was stocked well. The jacuzzi was refreshing after a day around the island. Cooked all but one meal at the house. The breeze was perfect and the air conditioning in the bedroom was amazing! Would definitely recommend the Cooten House to anyone traveling ..."
