"Hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and receptive. Their dogs (hypoallergic poodles) were the cutest to play with and well-behaved. The room itself (Library Room) is cozy and rustic with more than enough things we needed. Some items like toothpaste are lacking but I'm sure that if you ask the hosts, you'll be able to get one anyway. Overall, the experience was incredible and I would recommend this place to everyone! "Staff and cleanliness were fantastic. They actually had a nice place to get water coffee tea and treats at all times which was so lovely. Also had a lounge to have Sherry with other guests from 5-7. Locations was great little extras they supplied was appreciated. Nice stay. The only thing I would say is you can hear other guests although everyone was respectful. Would definitely look at staying there again.

"Unfortunately we had to wait 20 min for the room to be cleaned ehike we waited in our vehicle , but I also understand stuff happens.
Front end staff and the lady that cleaned our room were very nice.
The sound does carry quite a bit from the upstairs unit, especially when they wear their shoes.
But again, it didn’t last too long thankfully.
The room was clean, we got 10% off our meal and white foot and were offered a free breakfast voucher for the inconvenience for waiting for our room. ...

"The property was lovely, inspiring, accommodating, and upscale. It’s only about a 10 minute ride from the bustle of DT Victoria so being nestled in a quiet area as pretty lovely. David, a manager at the Rosewood, made out stay absolutely unforgettable. His knowledge of the property, history of the hotel and Victoria, and suggestions of things to do absolutely made our time at the Rosemead exception and unforgettable. He’s the true gem of the the property. Thank you for an amazing stay! "

It was so hard to sleep with all the noise outside our room and we didn't use the pull out couch due to the stains, etc - so we asked and the manager to change rooms. He said no problem. Pack your bags and I will personally move them to the new room before you arrive back to the hotel. When we got back - nothing was moved and the staff said there was no message to...
