"Excellent location for a visit to the sights of Berlin. Hackescher Market is next door with many dining options. Metro is there too. The apartment style accommodations are great. Spacious, clean room with a very good bathroom and bed. Unfortunately housekeeping is only every 3 days, so make your bed and save your towels! Check in staff were cordial but early check in was not available for us. Would stay again and recommend to all Berlin visitors."

"4 stars for an otherwise 5 star property. Rooms are clean, great location - right next to the river and main walking path and main attractions. Enjoyed stay. All good. Staff goofed up at checkin and wrote wrong room number on the key and I ended up waking up the guests who were in other room!. May be a genuine mistake and doesn't happen often. Second issue is that they insisted on informing the desk in person for clean up everyday even though I told them clean everyday. We missed to inform one...

Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app."

"Super Lage, sehr sauber und modern! :) Küche im Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Kochutensilien, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und co. Check in war nach Anfrage schon um 13:15 möglich und beim Auschecken standen Schließfächer für das Gepäck zur Verfügung. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!"
