"Clean room, helpful accommodating staff, air conditioned rooms that work, windows that open in your room. Modern and sophisticated style and great location for walking to all Milan has to offer. We added the breakfast which was nice with friendly staff. Only complaints lack of orange juice and fresh fruits, otherwise had your traditional Italian breakfast options."

"Good hotel overall. Staff is friendly and accommodating, they are very particular on where you sit in the restaurant for breakfast though. Overall room was fine and the location is convenient to shopping and the cathedral. "

"Hotel was lovely, very close to all central attractions. Reception staff especially Jasmine was first class. The only downfall was the hot water which was non existant. After working on it for 2 days the hotel asked us to move rooms, which even though an upgrade I detest doing whilst I am away. Compared with other indigo properties Bangkok and London this one is sub par. Overall the experience was 8/10"

"If you want to be just steps away from the Duomo, La Scala Theatre & immerse yourself in the old city, I cannot recommend this property high enough. The facilities are very clean & modern, the bed was super comfortable & very large bathroom, plenty of room to unpack.
