St Julian is the patron saint of hosting and this spacious comfortable apartment in a multi-family property is the ideal place to host your family & friends. The home has extensive updates including designer kitchen, updated bathrooms with stone tile and more. The family can spread out with 3 x Big screen TV areas, 3 x desks, a private porch off the back family room and master, and more. 40 mins from NYC. 3/4 mile to port chester. Pizza, chinese, Italian market is 2 min walk.

Colonial floor plan of Living Room Dining room to Kitchen / Family room. 3 Bedrooms off left hallway ending in Master bedroom with walk in closet and private master bath. Hall bath with tub cover guests and BR & #2&3. Porch off the back Family room and Master bedroom complete this easy flowing Apt for the family to spread out. Multiple desk areas and TV / entertainment areas. Every room has new split Duct AC / hyperheat for year round comfort.

Driveway parking for up to 1 vehicle (Right Spot). Street parking for additional vehicles which is usually easy / close unless coming in after 930pm. Can walk 1/3 block away is great pizza shop, Chinese, Italian market, and dry cleaner / laundry.

This is a multi family building with 3 finished floors, each as a private residence with its own entrance. The only shared space on the property is the backyard. The porch off the back kitchen TV Room and off the Master Bedroom are not shared. The apt above (2nd floor) also stops as of dining room, so no neighbor above for the master bedroom or back kitchen / family room. This Apt was previously owner occupied and did extensive higher end updates.

Please keep noise to a respectful level after 9:30pm to respect other guests or neighbors.

Separate than the stated cancellation property for this listing, the credit card processing fees to Stripe for all confirmed bookings are never refundable.

Loved this property and would stay here again if coming to New York City!

Loved everything about this place! Plenty of space for everyone, great location four minutes from the commuter train, having offstreet parking was a huge blessing! So much good I could say about this property, communication was wonderful, and having a laundromat just steps down the street was perfect for a laundry refresh in our trip! The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything and well kept!

With three couples, an infant and a dog, it's not easy to find a place in Westchester County, NY to be comfortable for a long weekend visit. This place checked all the boxes for us. The one-floor layout, 2 full bathrooms, 2 spacious living areas with sofas and easy chairs – It was perfect. We were there in the cold and snow of February, but in nice weather the big deck and fully fenced backyard would have added to our enjoyment.

Clean Roomy Comfortable Home, Quiet Convenient Location

This one-floor apartment in a larger home is roomy, well appointed and a great place for our family holiday gathering. Big sunroom/kitchen well-lit, with sound appliances that supported our big dinner cooking. Perfect for dogs - easy access to big fenced back yard or to walk through the quaint, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to groceries, other shopping to support our visit. Highly recommend this to adult groups/families. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions/needs.

Great Experience

Great experience staying at this location. Central location was so convenient and made travel to and from very easy. Check in and check out process as well as communication with host was wonderful. Incredibly clean home. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Better option than staying in NYC

The house was larger than shown in the photos. My wife and I came down with the grankids to go shopping and thoroughly enjoys staying at the property. We hope to return here again frequently in the future. ps. Many thanks to the owner who was very accommodating to our needs.

The property is a multi-unit residence. It has 3 units total and all three are renters. We stayed in the middle unit position in-between the upper and basement unit. Pros, the location was near our tournament fields. Cons, We could hear noise from above, the back living room's blinds did not shut so very sunny in late afternoon and little privacy in evenings.

Address was Port Chester, not Rye Brook

I booked this due to my mom's funeral and I had elderly family members with me. Asked Rob several times about early check in and late check out and he said to check day of, no reply. Asked morning of check out again and he replied at 9:30 (check out is 10!) to say we could stay a little longer but by then we were already packing up because we did get automatic email cleaners would arrive right at 10. Think check out is to early. No wash cloths, ran out of hot water. Parking was confusing. We were told we had '3' parking spaces but only 2 were available, it worked out because we only had 2 cars.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - house was a perfect setup for our group visiting from TX and WI. We have family in Mamaroneck, so the location was perfect for us for visiting with them locally, and also the location worked well for taking the train into the City for the day. Stayed for 2 weeks while having construction done in my home. Very nice and spacious place. High end kitchen, TVs, etc. and incredibly comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again if I need a place in the area.
