"Ich hatte mir zum Abschluss meiner Schweiz-Reise dieses 5-Sterne-Hotel gegönnt - und war fassungslos, als ich (wie immer in Hotels) das Bett inspiziert habe: Unter dem sauberen oberen Laken befand sich ein stark verdeckter Schonbezug mit Haaren, Schmutzkörnern etc. So etwas geht gar nicht! Nirgendwo, ..."
