This adorable garden level condo has been completely remodled and offers granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, luxury vynal planking, tiled walk in shower and so much more. Located13 minutes from the TIEC, and a short drive to Tryon, Hendersonville, Edneyville and the Blue Ridge Mountains so many adventures await. Also, for the traveling healthcare providers, we are only 5 minutes from Rutherford Hospital. We installed a plumbing system designed specifically for a garden level home. It may be slightly louder than a standard system but do not be concerned, it works great. The private outside patio has an attractive pergola, grill and fire pit - perfect for everything from just relaxing to making smores.

A peaceful option in a quiet location

I was very happy with this little property tucked away in the outskirts of Rutherfordton, NC. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer! I would certainly book this little place again.

Excellent location right by Tryon!

We absolutely loved the Cozy Cottage!! My daughter and I stayed a week there for USPC Championships at Tryon Equestrian Center. We would have early mornings and late evenings, so location was important! It was wonderful and just what we needed: a comfortable place to stay and a home away from home. It is absolutely cute on the inside. The kitchen is wonderful with plenty of space to cook our own meals, and the washing machine and dryer made laundry day so convenient! We enjoyed sitting outside at night before bed and listening to all the sounds. No issues with the sounds of the plumbing system! Everything worked well and was super clean. Definitely recommend and the owners were great at communicating throughout; always checking if everything was ok and if we needed anything. It was a great week! Thanks again Cozy Cottage!! See you again next year? 😉

Great little get away spot

This little house was adorable and very well set up. It had any amenity you could want. Everything was well explained in a very detailed booklet. It was comfortable and quite. It was even more then the advertisement said. Definitely recommend!

Garden Level Condo

Nice cozy cottage. Perfect for 2 people. Even though small, it included all the comforts of home, including full size kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. I was even able to make a batch of homemade dinner rolls for Christmas dinner with my family. Queen sized bed was comfortable and had plenty of blankets to keep us warm during the cold spell we had during Christmas week. Tanja was quick to answer any questions or concerns. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Cute garden apartment

This was a really cute apartment. Loved the welcome basket with the goodies and sign with our name on it. Location was great and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very clean with nice decor.

Mountain get away

This property was very cozy, clean, all fairly new and nicely decorated. The owners were easy to communicate with and there was an attention to details. We had everything we needed and then some. It was central to sites we wanted to see and do... hiking, biking and visiting family. The location was a couple miles from town and the view from fire pit was just a normal back yard...it was private and nicely decorated with lights. We were not there much so that didn't really matter. We would stay there again...nice property and attentive hosts.

Outstandingly Cozy

Honestly this place was done so tastefully with attention to detail. The little extra touches raised this stay up a notch. Absolutely loved it! Everything needed plus more and Tanja and her husband were quick and helpful if you needed anything. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice stay in Rutherfordton

My husband and I were very happy with our choice of Tanja's property for our stay in Rutherfordton. The location was easy to get to from the Tryon International Equestrian Center (where we were during the days), the condo was spotless upon our arrival, and Tanja's communications and caring attention to detail were excellent. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than anticipated, and Tanja's understanding of this was greatly appreciated.

Great Garden Level Condo

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this cute condo in Rutherfordton and would recommend it to everyone. Communications with owner prior to check in were clear and concise. Check in was easy, the condo was very well prepared and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Owners were exceptionally accommodating when something came up that forced a change in our plans. We will stay here again. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, stay here.

Nice Spot, Lose to TIEC

We stayed here for two weeks while showing at the Tryon International Equestrian Center. It was a cute spot and the owner was easy to work with- check-in was simple! I will definitely look into booking here again in the future. Thank you!
