"We had a great time at the place! It was very comfortable and accommodating. We did have a couple of things we think we should point out that could be better. The lack of light on the side of the house where the stairs were was a little rough. It made it hard to see in the evening. Second, the balcony rails were a little shaky. I think they may need to be secured a little better. Everything else was perfect! "

"Heron' Cove is a great location with plenty of room for our family group of eight adults and four children under 10. We were in VA for our Son's wedding in Mineral, VA. The layout was perfect for our needs. We are already talking about a return trip. Fully equip kitchen (w/two refrigerators) made meals a breeze. "An amazing home in a fantastic location. We used this home for a company offsite/retreat. It was prefect. Very private, enormous lot, with huge lake front area. Great boat dock, beach and fire pit area. The house was so large I don't think we got to use parts of it, but there is something in this house for everyone. The host was super communicative and we had a great time."

"Such a nice spot! The inside was perfectly fine, but the outdoor space is truly the highlight. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you need for water adventures—kayaks, paddle boards, a pedal boat, plus life jackets for all ages. It’s a peaceful, quiet location with a fantastic outdoor area that made our stay really enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and have fun on the water!"

"We as 8 couples 75 years old who went to college together had a fabulous get together. There is not a thing the owners didn’t forget in this house. Every imaginable kitchen appliance and utensil, plenty of glassware and dishes as well as a beautiful areas to relax and enjoy. The location is private and secluded with a beautiful view of the lake but near NOVA and Richmond.
