"The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, so is the maintenance staff. The location and property itself were great. The bedding and towels were clean but the floors, walls, and around shower could have been cleaned better. You can tell someone went in and replaced linens and surface cleaned the areas but my kids feet got dirty from the floors depsite us being a "no shoes inside" household which tells me the floors were not properly mopped. Also, you have to purchase wood from them or...

"great stay"

"Could use better WiFi but overall a great place for the price and location was awesome"

"Super clean. Super views. Super amenities. Will stay again."

"Loved plenty of parking, room cleaned every day and breakfast included. Would love to have a few throw pillows and blankets in the living area. Would love to have coffee in the lobby earlier than 7:30."

"I don't like to give bad reviews especially when the check in host was so charming and did try to help us out with internet access and heating. My husband was very disappointed to find no hot water - luke warm to chilly - for a shower he so wanted to enjoy and the shower door not functioning right. No hangers, not chair to sit in, the baseboards and parts of the floors were quite dirty. We did not expect this from a 9 rating. With a 6 would have expected this and therefore would have avoided....

"The bathroom countertop was not clean. When I walked up stairs to our room there was a flosser laying on the stairs and several wrappers laying on the ground. Staff was friendly, room was great , beds comfy and room had large fridge and stove and dishwasher. I was surprised!!! Other than the trash outside it was a very nice hotel and would stay again!!!"

"Quite spot on a cove, not much of a lake view unless you walked down to the shoreline. Air conditioner is extremely loud. We arrived at 3:30, and they said they were closed—website shows 5:00. Watch out for deer."

"We had a very nice stay, the place was comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated. We only wish we would’ve had more time! And bonus it came with a parking spot. We hope to come back again!"
