Executive Water View Home With Hot Tub, Just 3 Minutes To Barachois Beach

Incredible views of the water will take your breath away at this executive home located in South Rustico. Cymbria Beach House is just a 3 minute drive away from the red sand Barachois Beach where you can walk for miles and enjoy the North Shore. After a full day of exploring the island, enjoy the hot tub on the back deck which overlooks the large yard and country setting.

Inside the home, you are greeted the newly updated flooring and finishes. To the right of the foyer is the first bedroom that features bunkbeds. There is also a half bathroom next door.

Within the open concept great room, there are many windows to let in sunlight and views of the water. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with anything you should need to make meals at home. There is seating at the island for 4, and seating for 6 at the table. The cozy living room features a Smart TV to stream shows on, and a fireplace. This main area has a heat pump which has A/C, or enjoy fresh air by opening up the glass french doors which leads to the back patio and hot tub area. There is also an additional seating and office area adjacent to the kitchen.

Down the hallway is bedroom two with a queen bed, and bedroom three with 2 single beds. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo next door, along with the laundry room. The primary bedroom has floor to ceiling windows to let in the breathtaking views, vaulted ceilings, along with a king size bed and patio doors which open up to the front yard. There is also a walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower.

For days that you are not wanting to spend at home, just up the road is Rustico Resort Golf & Tennis Club. Only 5 minutes away is North Rustico where all amenities are located, along with incredible restaurants including the famous Blue Mussel Cafe. 25 minutes away is Charlottetown, and Cavendish is 15 minutes away.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 toddlers, well equipped and in a perfect location - close to many beaches and attractions. It was extremely clean when we arrived as well as a welcome card and goodies.

Fabulous Stay on PEI

We stayed at this lovely home for a family vacation. We have familial ties to the area, so it was especially nice to be able to stay in this location. The house was beautiful and easily accomodated our group. The hosts were very welcoming and we were more than comfortable during our stay. The house was well equiped and very spacious. We loved sitting on the front porch looking at the water, watching the horses on a nearby farm, and taking in beautiful sunrises. It was a very private property. We were able to enjoy the hot tub on multiple occasions. The host/property manager was reachable and answered any questions we had. The proximity to North Rustico is fabulous, and it was easy accessible from other parts of the island. We'd happily return to this location and would recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful large space to accommodate an enlarged familyHouse has everything you need and location is great with Easy access to everythingOnly downside was no room darkening blinds or full curtains to block the light and sun in morning in the two front bedrooms (waking up at 4:30 am during a vacation …!)

South Rustico Haven

What an amazing home. It was a quiet, clean, LARGE home with amazing views! Water, oyster beds, horses and cows were our only neighbours! Bedrooms were large, lots of storage, and beds were comfy! Great hot tub, beach towels also provided. Gallants Country Food Market around the corner has EVERY thing. Best home made cookies and fresh bread. All sorts of fresh seafood and great selection of red meat. The prices were very reasonable! A very small TV in the living room with a first generation apple box so make sure you have passwords for streaming shows - the only negative comment for our week’s stay If i was rating the home i would give it a 10 out of 10 and we hope to come back! Dawn and friends!

Gorgeous big house with the works!

Absolutely stunning house with a beautiful water view. Lots of room, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, full laundry, and heated hot tub. Close to all of the Cavendish attractions and to a fresh seafood market (we went almost everyday). Definitely booking this house again when we come back to PEI.

Good place!

Loved the house, very accessible to our needs. Could have been a little cleaner plus kept coming accross click beatles. On the side...i was not aware we would see landscapers every other day walking on the property. But i would definitely visit the place again.

A really first rate property in a great location

The house was wonderful and the room well ventilated and cool even on hot days It was tranquil and relaxing My only concern and it is minor is that the tv in the main room likely needs updating. While we could get certain streaming services to work others did not. The one on the main bedroom was perfect Highly recommend staying

Perfect family getaway location

My husband and I stayed here with my parents, 2 sisters and our 2 sons (5 and 8). It was spacious with more than enough room for everyone. The large kitchen allowed us to cook easily for a large group. The view from all sides of the house and each bedroom is gorgeous and it’s closer to the water than I thought. Barachois Beach was a quick 5 minute drive away and a well stocked convenience store is less than 2 mins away. The hosts were great, delivering a fire pit at our request before we arrived and were happy to be contacted if needed. The games in the closet were also a big hit and the driveway is perfect for some sidewalk chalk artwork. The welcome gift of local drinks was also appreciated :)

Stunning Property

It is a stunning property in a very private and quiet setting. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering. The beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet for sleeping. The house is on the water, but it is not beach - it is more of a natural harbour. There are beautiful views of the ocean, the tides and the nearby village. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location on north shore of PEI

Spacious house on quiet road, very well equipped with brand new high quality fixtures and appliances, very clean, owner and manager both very helpful. View down to bay is spectacular. Some newly installed fixtures including pictures were not installed correctly and fell off the wall when wind caught them. Walking distance (10 minutes) to excellent small grocery where we found almost everything to make meals, and close to several good restaurants. In addition, not far from Charlottetown by car. Brackley Beach in PEI national park is excellent, long, sandy (because north shore), and warm(ish) water and only a few miles away. Excellent level biking/walking paved path goes east from Brackley.

Perfect in every way!

If you are looking for a perfect vacation house this is it. Beautiful home in perfect location. Close to shopping and beaches. Everything you could possibly think of is there, just pack your clothes and food and enjoy!
