"Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time. I would stay here if I needed to for a day but I have had better experiences at other local hotels in the area. "

"The breakfast was just waffles, had cold coffee and the orange juice looked brown and was hot and the apple juice was as bad and both were in pitchers. Only had one wash towel, one hand towel and two towels. Mother-in-law almost slipped in the handicap bath, they need to add non-slip pads in the handicap bathrooms. Only had a great experience with one staff member that came from England everyone else were not friendly."

"Front desk staff/maintenance staff were great. However, a particular female employee (perhaps cleaning staff) was EXTREMELY RUDE AND ABRASIVE to my wife. We had a problem with the door handle to front door of our room. Front desk staff told us how to get it to open. Next day still had the problem. My wife asked a cleaning staff lady if she could open the door. She said my wife had to go to front desk. My wife went to front desk, they walked back to room to assist.
