"Staff was fantastic. Dining room waiter was the best I’ve ever encountered "

"The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. "

"Habe ein Zimmer für körperlich Eingeschränkte bekommen. Das Zimmer hat nicht den Bildern der Unterkunft entsprochen und war leicht dreckig. Die Einrichtung eher alt und in die Jahre gekommen."
