"The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!"

"The location was good. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was OK. It could’ve been better. Our room faced a parking garage. And the space layout was strange. "Room and everything was nice. Gave 4 stars because when we checked in there was only one towel for the two of us and we couldn't get another one til the next morning when housekeeping was working since it was about 10 pm. And the couch in our room was very uncomfortable to sit on normally. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and would recommend to others."

"Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay"

"The place was not actually same room as pictures, a bit worn out but the location was good, the rooftop lounge and pool makes up for it. The room itself… carpet stains and sofa. The washer and dryer was nice to have, we did use it. We should have ask for an updated room like in the pictures but we did our check in too late. It’s a huge building some stay there as rents, ask to be on 3 floor where the lounge and pool is. The staff there is nice too. I would consider again staying."

"Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations.
