"Everything was amazing. It was very cozy for the 3 of us. I loved the couches and the beds were very comfy. I sleep hot so the light blanket was nice but would recommend bringing extra blankets if you get cold at night.The shower in the big bathroom was a little confusing but we figured it out just pull the bath nozzle. Very nice location easy to get to and easy to find and get back on the interstate."

"I took my son for a birthday trip. The pull out couch didn't have any sheets, there weren't any extra blankets for the pull out couch. There weren't any extra pillows. It was cute, but not praticle. The bathroom was amazing, but that's all. For the money I would reccomend a hotel or somewhere that would supply all of your needs."

"The cabin is so quaint and cute. Perfect couple's getaway! Everything seemed very new and clean. Erika was very communicative and east to work with as well! The location is nice for deploying by car across the New River Gorge region. In West Virginia fashion, expect 3-7 coal trains a night at the nearby double crossing. Their horns can be startling if you’re a light sleeper. Our kids didn’t mind at all and loved the trains. Even the Amtrak Cardinal line runs through 3x a week at 10:30 am. The owner instantly approved our request...

"The Mountain Hideaway was the best part of our vacation. The home is clean and beautiful. Very quiet country area with lots of room. The address was confusing our gps. We found our host by accident and he assisted us to find the property. I would suggest that all vrbo hosts send their phone number in advance directly to clients several days in advance of their stay. I very much look forward to staying there again."
