"3rd time staying here, 1st time during summer season. The staff are friendly. However the restaurant for both dinner and especially for breakfast was understaffed. For dinner took a long time but nice waiter and we weren’t in a hurry so made the most out of it. Breakfast, bar tender/waiter was very rushed, felt his stress and at times practically running back and forth. He was nice and the food was good. Basic items missing (had coffee, he was sure to bring creamer, asked for surgery and drank...

"Staff very friendly, especially front desk and room ladies. Exterior needs cleaned up a bit with nice potted plants and patch work here and there. Our rooms very good and clean. Service very good. Great waffle House restaurant next door. Very good food and staff excellent. Overall a good stay. Will recommend this property. Dallas Watanabe"

"Clean, didn’t stink when opening the door to the room. Beds were comfy and didn’t kill the back. No loud noises from other guests. Too exhausted to try the pool but saw others using it so I am sure it was nice. There were also free cookies in the lobby, after a long days travel from North Dakota the kids really enjoyed them. Would definitely stay again."

"Nice motel, well placed in the center of Klamath Falls. Nice rooms, clean, good showers in the bathroom. For the price this is honestly a really good deal."

"The hotel is older and does show it a bit. But the room was fine. Nicely appointed with a kitchenette and utensils, plates, etc. Fridge/freezer worked well. AC worked well. Bed plenty comfy. Bathroom clean. Desk and chairs could use updating and more padding! TV is large and worked fine. The managers were super kind and accommodating For the price, this hotel was fine for my needs and I would recommend it to others.. "

"Not terribly new but in decent shape and while also a few miles from town it was super convenient and affordable as a rest stop heading north or south. Will definitely use it again on my next trip. "
