"This home is wonderful ! Alex is super responsive as well . we had a rainy cold few days but had that lovely heated ( and Alex even made it warmer!) pool to enjoy. The home is very large we were 2 families 9 total and i never felt crowded . It has a wonderful kitchen and updated bathrooms too ! the living room was so cozy to watch Tv On rainy days and Alex had all of the great channels so we did not even need to use our log ins . The dining room table was huge too so we all got to gather and...

"My family was looking for a rental close to the beach that could host 4 adults and this was the perfect fit. They especially loved the wraparound deck on the apartment’s second level, which made for a great spot to drink coffee and play cards with the cool beach breeze. Thank you for hosting! "

"Great location so close to beach! My sisters and I really enjoyed waking to brunch at Turning Point in Pier Village and a really close walk to Rooney’s for dinner, It was cozy, clean. It worked out so well for us we decided we’d be booking again."

"The unit was in a multi-unit dwelling, but we didn’t have any interaction with other units/residents. Unit was clean and “as advertised.” I would have like if there were some window treatments in the living/dining room, but overall… it was really a great decision to rent this space for our family trip to NY!"

"We had a great stay at the property, spacious, lovely pool and amenities. There were a few stains in the closet bunk room but it was otherwise very clean and nice!! "

"There were cockroaches everywhere and it was very disgusting. Cockroaches in the fridge, floor, bedrooms. All over. Need to be contacted regarding this."
