"Pool was closed. Room was very dated and carpet was dirty. Will not stay here again"

"Horrible, had 2 rooms both smelled like mold. Mold was visible on ceiling and on bathroom wall, bath tub. Comforters were dirt. Sheets appeared soiled-stains. No soap in bathrooms - asked front desk for some and was told he has no access to housekeeping and no soap in office- he did look around - no luck. Did not stay at location- returned keys and hopefully get my money back."

"I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Mobile. The inn house was dated back to the 1820’s. They had fire places in every room. It felt cozy, rustic, and straight out of a story book."

"This is a great property. They have exhaust fans in the bathrooms, 24 hr airport shuttle and the little and big waffles! Four stars bc of the shower fixture - very little pressure. I think it was just one room tho- the sink pressure was fine."

"This hotel took us by surprised. The ambiance of this hotel were amazing and the steak house was just out of this world Such a classy and elegant decor in a small Alabama town was great. The only thing that disappointed us was the pool. It just didn’t flow with the elegance of the hotel It was really a rundown pool They definitely have to upgrade the pool area so it goes with the flow of the hotel"

"I love this place, it’s older but has a lot of old-world charm and character. Don’t expect a Ritz-Carlton experience and you won’t be disappointed. Great location for a quick walk over to Daphne Street for some music and a cold beer. I stay here every time I drive to Florida, never been disappointed!"

"Front desk didn't know if pillows were hypo-allergenic, no a/c in the common areas ...outside of your room. Bathroom was dirty. Had to wear shower shoes. But breakfast was okay.😂. Definitely not worth the price."
