"We loved staying here! The cabin is beautiful and cozy. Everything is as it is in the pictures. They said we didn’t have to do anything for the checking out process. We stayed here for our anniversary and my boyfriend (now fiancée) even found an adorable place on the property to propose! Definitely would recommend this place and stay here again. "

"Walk into a clean, beautiful kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room with AMAZING views of Lake Fort Smith. I loved that the master bedroom was on the complete opposite side of the house. Laundry area was the perfect size! Spent a lot of relaxing time on the porch with our coffee, taking in the EXCEPTIONAL views. Peaceful and inviting. "This is the cutest property! Nicely secluded yet easy enough access to hwy 49. We loved sitting outside enjoying all the birds and critters. First time some have ever seen a Roadrunner and we saw two. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Everything you need for the perfect getaway!"

"Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! "
