Cozy 2 persons apartment

We have developed in the quiet Ruda (Högsby) a small apartment in our family home.

We would like to rent these to you.

The 1-room apartment has a separate entrance and was recently modernized.
It invites you to linger for a maximum of two people.

You can leave your vehicle at any time directly in front of the house.

The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The existing TV can also be used and receives German channels.

In the kitchen small dishes can be prepared. Refrigerator, stove and toaster and kettle are available.

The bright bathroom has a shower.
Towels and bed linen are available for a surcharge.

The smoking and the entrainment of animals in our small but nice apartment is not desired.

Whether for sunbathing or barbecues, in summer you can use our garden with pleasure.

The nearest grocery store and other stores (eg ICA, Karlsson) are about 8 km away.
By car you can reach this in about 10 minutes.
But there is also a small shop in Ruda where you can buy all the food, drinks and more.
This can be reached on foot.

The nearby river "Emån" and various lakes are ideal for fishing.
A fishing license is available directly in Högbsy.
But several lakes invite you to go swimming in the summer.

Also in a few minutes by car, is the recreation area "Aboda Klint".
There are hiking trails, a café and a lake.
In winter you can go sledding and skiing here.

Larger cities such as Oskarshamn or Kalmar can be reached by car in 30-45 minutes.
But you can also reach these easily by train or bus.
