A couple of previous reviews had commented upon general cleanliness and we found a child’s toy under the dining table when we got there and an odd sock behind the sofa, suggesting the cleaning wasn’t particularly thorough. "There was a slight mix up at the beginning of our trip - (The owners had not received confirmation of our booking until we arrived so they were not aware of any visitors enroute to them until we phoned when we were 5 minutes away!) "The cabin was beautifully curated and clean. It felt cozy and welcoming as soon as we entered. Pat & Joy were wonderful and friendly - Joy came to greet us when we checked in and made sure we were comfortable. She walked us through the property and told us about how everything worked. The patio and outdoor sofa was lovely for our coffee in the morning sunshine. We will definitely be going back soon. 10/10"

"Loved having access to a kitchen and a washing machine, much needed after 3 wks camping. Beds were supper comfy cozy, and contrary to other reviews we did not find the street noise bothersome, and we had the windows open. Traffic noise calmed by midnight.
