"On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. "Uns wurde versprochen, einen Platz mitten in der Natur zu bekommen und wir bekamen ihn. Es qar der perfekte Ort, um zu entspannen. Man hat vom Bett aus einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Hütte ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles was man benötigt. "

"Everything went well, but the cleaning cost seems a bit high and at no point during the booking process I was aware of it. It came as a surprise after booking was confirmed. I felt that this is a bit dishonest and just a money grab! "

"Simply tragic: The kitchen smelled of gas from the cookstove (don't light a candle there!). Traffic along the main road made it impossible to sleep at night (trucks, etc.). The shower was more like a garden sprinkler way past its expiration date. Internet was non-existent. "DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY. Owner advised he does not advertise on STAYZ (despite correct name and contact details) Did not receive our booking and would not accommodate us when we arrived. Did not reply to messages via STAYZ website (only contact was by chance as someone was at property when we arrived) 800 put of pocket plus had to pay premium for such short notice booking elsewhere.What a terrible experience with this host.Stayz you better step up to help resolve this issue "
