"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of it all. The staff is the best. They made every effort to attend to our every need and make this our most pleasant stay in Portugal. Highly recommend eating at the Aurea restaurant. Breakfast was incredible and we had either dinner, dessert, drinks or all of the above every day of our stay. The only downside is we enjoyed it so much, we didn't want to eat anywhere else in Lisbon!"

"Awful check in experience, we couldn’t even gain access to the apartment as we arrived late in the evening. The staff manning the helpline number was picking up the phone and immediately hanging up. Frustrating to say the least!"

"Staff were very friendly and amenities were great, and hotel is in a great location. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable - probably one of the worst hotel beds we have ever slept in - and the sheets and pillows were thin and scratchy. While room was generally clean, bathroom in particular showed a lot of signs of wear (rust and mold in the tub that couldn’t be cleaned off). No fridge in room either. For those reasons, would not stay here again or recommend to others."
