"Très bien placé, très propre et très chouette. Pas de réception, un code est envoyé lors du checkin à faire en ligne la veille. On a eu un souci avec la douche, ils nous ont proposé un changement d'appartement surclassé sans surcoût ! Service client top!"

Podría haber sido mejor, no estuvo del todo mal.
"El checkin en la web de hoteles pone que es a las 14h, y cuando llegamos a las 14h al hotel, no solo el checkin resultaba ser a las 15h, sino que al ser autocheckin debían enviarte un código para abrir la puerta (habiéndose puesto en contacto contigo previamente), y eso no ocurrió. Nosotros llegamos ..."
