Located in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, just 20 minutes from Saint-Malo and its famous Route du Rhum, our charming cottage "La Maison d'Antoinette" welcomes 4 to 7 guests.



Enjoy peace, character, and rural elegance in this independent cottage, set in a carefully renovated historic farmhouse that blends tradition and modern comfort while preserving its Breton spirit.



Charming 75 m² house on two levels:



• Ground floor

- Open kitchen with dining and living area, fully equipped

- Living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, WiFi

- Wood stove with wood provided (autumn, winter)

- WC and laundry area with washer and dryer



• Upstairs

- 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm)

- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90x190 cm) and 2 bunk beds (90x190 cm)

- Separate WC

- Bathroom with tub/shower

- Mezzanine with library area and bench that can sleep 2



• Outside

400 m² garden with north and south terraces, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, sun loungers. 4.2 m trampoline and swing for children (under your supervision).



Beds are made on arrival and linens are provided. Continental breakfast basket available on request when booking, for an extra charge. Nespresso capsules available on request, for an extra charge.



Please leave the house as clean as you found it. Optional cleaning service available for an extra charge.
