"Very comfortable, clean and safe and new. Located in a quiet spot in a great neighbourhood. It was great to have in room laundry. Close to two pedestrian bridges and London Bridge Station so very convenient for travelling through or staying in London."

"Great stay overall. The apartment was excellent with one of the best views. Kitchen amenities were well thought out, and the starter setup with coffee, tea, and milk was a nice touch.
Two areas to improve:
* Housekeeping: There was no cleaning during our one-week stay. A refresh every 2 to 3 days would make a big difference.
* Support: I had to go to reception three times for help with the washing machine and no one came. Responsiveness needs improvement.
