"The staff were very helpful and I loved having a refillable water glass with their filtered tap water. The refrigerator was great, as well as the bed. The exercise room had what I needed and having the laundry room right next door was perfect to check on my laundry while I was doing my workout. Overall great experience! "

"Loved the big space, and the bed and couch were very comfortable! If anyone else is wondering as I did if the round dining table is a good size for working on a computer, there’s plenty of space for 1. I preferred sitting by the window there so just moved the desk chair. Super easy to walk around the castle to get places, and a Sainsburys is a block away. Felt safe at night to walk back. "Given the price, I was surprised to first get a room on the lower ground with the windows giving under street level and under stairs. But they were thankfully able to move me to an upper level room in the morning, which I was really grateful as I was staying there almost a week. Apart from that hiccup, the rest of my stay was great and the room really comfortable."
