"Fantastic location for the city and historical sites nearby. Really good room although we booked a superior queen room and were given a standard queen room. The ladies at reception tried to fob us off but the pictures online were very clear. This was quickly rectified. Breakfast was very good and it was nice to be able to order lattes without having to pay extra. I found the restaurant/bar room to be a little chilly. Staff were all really nice. I also liked that water was replenished in your...

"Rooms are good. A comfy chair in the room would be good. TV stations are very limited.
Disabled bathrooms in rooms have high toilets and high wash hand basins and out of reach taps.
No shower curtain so you could spray the room.
Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Room service is at extortionate prices, but plenty of restaurants nearby.
Swimming pool disabled changing room has no lockers, unlike the men/women changing rooms.
The pool is full of unsupervised kids jumping into the pool....
