"The room was clean and quirky absolutely loved it, The hotel was quiet, didnt know what to expect but we were never dissapointed at any time. The staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here."

Room service will clean and make one side of the room and leave the rest unattended… They did it the first time,we thought it was a mistake but repeated same yesterday ,means that’s just who they are. The first thing my husband said upon our checkout was how extremely unprofessional the people were. It’s really sad and left a bitter taste in my mouth ."

"Such a great hotel -- loved that it was apartment style with lots of amenities in the unit. We were able to do laundry to minimize the amount of clothing we had to pack, and utilized the kitchen to make tea and have simple breakfasts in the morning. Great location, close to the train station and easy to get around the city. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again."

Arrived at around 11am and were told the room was ready....but check in was not until 2pm so if we wanted to check in we'd have to pay £50 early check in fee. "Positives - fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff Lovely suite… Negatives - £250 security deposit that I didn’t know about so I didn’t plan for. But it’s fine. Was refunded at check out. The hot water in my shower wasn’t hot at all. Lukewarm at the best. Worst thing about the whole hotel experience"
