"This was our first time at this property. We received a lovely welcome and was given the keys to our room. It was a lovely bright room with a small balcony which was a great addition. The room had everything you needed for a short stay. The bathroom was small but had everything you needed. We had a comfortable nights sleep and the breakfast was lovely all freshly cooked. Everyone was friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. "

"Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. There was water in the mini fridge and a Nespresso machine for coffee. I would highly recommend the Housekeeping Team, they do an amazing job. We have been staying at Formby Hall for 20 years or so and the one thing that has let it down has been the food quality and breakfast service, so this stay we were very pleased to see the improvements made to the whole breakfast experience. "Nice and clean, everything you needed including a fan (it was very hot) shampoo and conditioner were really good. Most hotel shampoo’s make my hair dry. The ones provided didn’t do that. "
