"Das Hotel an sich war in Ordnung. Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter ließ allerdings deutlichst zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten an unserem Checkouttag mit Überschwemmungen im Hotel zu kämpfen wodurch wir vor dem Zimmer einen kleinen Fluss hatten. Wir baten die Mitarbeiter zumindest beim Transport ..."

"We spend fabulous 4 nights here. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean, spacious and luxurious (we stayed the Florentina Villa). You can easily stay a day just in your room and observe the wildlife. Totally worth it - besides the private pool and the very comfortable swing. ..."

"Exceptional! Everything about this place was better than advertised. Extremely comfortable with a beautiful Bohemian vibe. The only issue we had was with the city’s road barrier that prevented us from direct access to the street. You will absolutely love this place!"
