" On June 22, 2026 i Barbara Barrett Harris and husband rented a hotel stay at the Majestic at ocean city Md our complaint are as follows: First they tried to give me the wrong room this room you barely could walk around between the bed and wall we expained that i use a walker that why i payed for the larger room. Next the laundry the towel were hung up with yellow and green chemical stain another towel to replace the chemical stain towel had several dirty stain on it. The refrige did not work...

"I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean.
On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...

"Walked in and was greeted by a family of flies. The people upstairs were taking a shower and water was leaking into our unit through a hole in the ceiling. By far the worst place I ever stayed. Will never stay again"

"Dorothy and her mom was very nice and helpful. Expedia you all dropped the ball big time. The GM that was on duty Tuesday made no attempt to address my concerns or even talk to me and Declan who was another manager not on site made no attempt to address my concern. The floor was very dirty not clean at all. To not receive the room I selected was the icing on the cake. The little girl that assisted me was a lead and stated no she could not change my room.
