"Truly lovely place, I feel terrible that we left so early, hadn’t grabbed the cell to let our host know we left. If you’re looking for beauty and utter relaxation, this is your place! If you desire hustle and bustle, it’s a mere 20 minute drive. Oh! Couldn’t turn on the dishwasher, sorry for that. Thanks Iona! "

"Das Haus hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme und Historie.Die geografische Lage ist bekanntlich sehr ruhig, sonst würde man die Region nicht wählen und das Wetter in Schottland, gerade am Wasser, ist unberechenbar (September-Reise). Dafür ist der Ausblick am Morgentisch ganz toll und die Landschaft für Drohnen-Flüge sehr schön !Bei der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, was man für zwei Wochen Urlaub benötigt, inkl. "The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!"

"Large group of us stayed here for a friend’s stag do and we all had a brilliant time. The villa was nice with plenty of room for everyone, the beds were comfortable, the garden was massive and the hot tub was amazing. The location was also spot on with loads of places to eat and drink in the town centre. There was also the option of going into Glasgow as the train station was only a short walk from the villa. Chris and Frances were excellent hosts and were always around if we needed anything. I...

"This property was wonderful to stay at with a large family gathering. The area was beautiful and the lodge was outstanding. The kitchen was fully equipped and a great gathering spot. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and some even braved a dip in the loch. I highly recommend this property and Alex is a wonderful host."

"We stayed in the jungle room. The room was upstairs we thought it was joined to hot tub area a quick walk through the stunning house to private garden area was beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff could not do anymore to make our stay amazing. Make sure to bring cash for cocktails and honesty shop. Fire pit was lovely to sit at in the evening also."

"Lovely property with nice indoor and outdoor areas including hot tub. Cottage is semi detached so you have others directly through the fence if both in the garden (may be useful to know if you are taking dogs that would bark at this). Host very helpful.The only issue we had was with the decoration package purchased for 49. We received a reusable neon sign outdoor and a few blown up balloons and a banner in the living room which we did not find worth the money paid but a nice touch for our friend...

"This was a perfect short stay for my father and I before heading to other parts of Scotland, it's very walkable to cute coffee shops and second hand stores, and restaurants! The flat was very cute and cozy and had everything we needed. They were quick to respond and made everything a breeze! Would recommend! "
