Romantic Cottage on the Hills bewteen Venice and Padua

Set in the heart of the historical estate Frassanelle, this romantic cottage lies on the top of a hill, surrounded by trees and greenery. Lieta is ideal both in summer and in winter: from May to September our guests enjoy taking walks in the park and swimming in the golf swimming pool (7 min walk from Lieta), and taking al fresco meals under the porch: outdoor spaces are provided with tables, chairs, deck chairs and, in the house garden, there is a barbecue and a small herb garden. In the cold season our guests will appreciate the cosy atmosphere of the spacious living area, warmed by the fireplace, and attend the many art exhibitions and the food festivals going on in the surrounding towns and cities.

The house articulates on two floors: the ground floor hosts a spacious open area with dining and living room and a fully equipped kitchen and, next to the living area you find one double and one twin bedroom, each one with en-suite bathroom (one with shower and one with tub). The mezzanine between the two floors is the perfect place for reading, as it is pervaded with light thanks to the huge glass pane. On the first floor there are two other bedrooms, a twin and a double one, each with en suite bathroom with tub.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

ROAD > the road that leads to Lieta is an unpaved, unlit country trail. This doesn't cause any bother, but we recommend to drive slowly.

SWIMMING POOL > our guests have free access to the golf club swimming pool, that they can reach by foot or by car through a private path in the park. 700m far from Lieta.
Opening: July and Augsut, 10.30am – 7pm. Closed on Tuesday. Use of the bathing cap is compulsory. Please read carefully the rules:

SWIMMING POOL RULES (please notice that due to Covid - 19 there might be restrictions to enter the pool):
- Booking required
- Bathing cap compulsory
- No diving
- No food or drink
- No smoking
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Please do not talk loud in order not to disturb the other guests
- The swimsuit must be decent. It 's absolutely forbidden to circulate in swimsuit or in dishabille outside the fence of the pool.

Included in the price: water, electricity, one weekly change of bed and bath linen, wi fi , final cleaning and taxes. Should your rental be for 2 or more weeks, the house will be cleaned on Saturday and the linen will be changed.

Lovely people & very quiet

We booked VERY last minute but despite this everything was great with our stay. Property was clean & quiet with enough space for our party (4 x adults & 3 x children). You do need a car. Host and everyone else we interacted with were really helpful and friendly with great communication
