    The gîte combines character and comfort, featuring carefully selected furnishings, high ceilings, and authentic natural stone walls. With wide doorways and a wheelchair-accessible shower, the property is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility. A gravel path leads you to the private terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful views over the lush estate.

    With three bedrooms, the house comfortably accommodates up to five guests—ideal for families or a relaxing getaway with friends. The 35-hectare estate offers everything you need for a carefree stay: a large swimming pool for refreshing dips, a table tennis area, a trampoline for children, and a tranquil pond.

    Domaine de Bellac is perfectly located for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, with numerous walking and mountain biking trails nearby. In the charming village of Roussines, you’ll find several inviting restaurants to enjoy a meal out. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby Golf de la Prèze, an 18-hole course just one kilometer away, known for offering a rewarding challenge.

Na een week van onze vakantie aan zee te hebben doorgebracht, gingen we door naar Roussines waar we een week in het appartement ‘La Bellecour’ verbleven. Wij werden bij aankomst door de gastheer opgewacht en hij liet ons het appartement en alle voorzieningen eromheen zien. Wij verbleven in wat vroeger de varkensstal was. Op het hele terrein is voelbaar dat de geschiedenis nog aanwezig is. We zagen een beetje tegen de warmte op, het zou rond de 40 graden worden. Maar wat was het fijn! Het appartement gaf voldoende verkoeling, was zeer ruim en sfeervol ingericht. De bedden waren opgemaakt en er lagen schone handdoeken, theedoek en keukenhanddoek. De keuken was volledig ingericht qua benodigdheden. Het gezin verblijft zelf ook op het terrein en houdt alles (op de achtergrond) draaiende. In de omgeving is voldoende te bezoeken en te bezichtigen. Elke dag een paar duiken in het zwembad (die schoon was en goed onderhouden) gaven voldoende verkoeling om in een warme week hier te verblijven. Het was een week waarin we helemaal tot rust waren gekomen en hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid. Wij komen hier zeker terug om nog meer van de omgeving te kunnen zien en te genieten van een echt vakantiegevoel!!

De accommodatie ligt erg mooi in een hele rustige omgeving. Wij waren echter minder te spreken over de staat van de accommodatie. Het hele huis was in onze optiek niet schoon. Er stond nog vaat in de vaatwasser en de koelkast was verre van schoon. Deze hebben wij eerst zelf schoon gemaakt. Ook de badkamer was niet fris. Daarnaast was ook het zwembad groen. Wij hadden juist gezocht naar een accommodatie met een zwembad, maar hebben hier uiteindelijk geen gebruik van gemaakt aangezien een groen zwembad niet erg aantrekkelijk is om in te zwemmen.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, Fijn huisje in een prachtige omgeving. Veel dingen om te doen voor kinderen ( zwembad, trampoline, tafeltennis, visjes vangen in de vijver en andere spelletjes). En ook belangrijk goede bedden!

Goede aankomst, fijn en vriendelijk onthaal. Prachtige omgeving, super rustig en vooral veel natuur om te genieten. De accomodatie was ok, maar miste naar ons gevoel enkele dingen die voor ons belangrijk zijn als we op vakantie gaan.

Wifi was enkel bruikbaar in de leefruimte op het eerste verdiep, en skype was on ...

Wifi was enkel bruikbaar in de leefruimte op het eerste verdiep, en skype was onmogelijk. Geen enkele tv beschikbaar terwijl er volgens de beschrijving 2 zouden moeten zijn. WC bril was stuk en niet te repareren, de skimmers van het zwembad waren stuk waardoor er minder water in het zwembad was en vol met insecten zat. Schoonmaak kost 60€, maar het huis hing vol met spinnenwebben.

Een schitterende vakantie op een mooi domein, picco bello in orde. Heel gastvrij ontvangen. Huisjes op en top in orde. En met een verwarmd zwembad was het elke dag feest.
