"My 19 yr old daughter has always wanted a treehouse, but never had one. We decided since she never had one of her own, we should at least stay at one and found this beautiful treehouse! The pictures are spot on and the treehouse is even cooler in person! Everything feels so welcoming and inviting, including the touches by the host, such as the local bottle of wine! The lights on the walk bridge and the outside of the treehouse make it look so pretty at night. The remote location is perfect and...

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The treehouse was gorgeous, extremely clean and very comfortable during our 2 night stay! The owner was very responsive and communicated well prior to our arrival! I highly recommended this to anyone looking to get away to relax and unplug! "

"My wife and I had an amazing weekend anniversary trip at this cottage. No-nonsense, fenced rear dog yard, cool AC, clean sheets, abundant blankets and towels, great water pressure, great location near lots of hiking and a short trip to Franklin/Oil City/Slippery Rock, and a very warm welcome from an amazing host. What more could you ask for? We would happily stay again!"

"Nicest private home we have ever stayed in. Tastefully restored elegant Victorian home with all modern amenities. Historical connection to the region helps make it even more special. Private large garden and patio area is lovely. We only used three of the six bedrooms most which have very comfortable king sized beds. Great place for larger groups to stay and relax."

"We were delightfully surprised by how quiet this location was. There was very little traffic on the gravel residential road to the house. We also enjoyed walking many miles on the Rails to Trails tunnel trail just a short walk from the property. The deck over the water was wonderful. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked with all we needed! Worth every penny!"

"Beautiful remodel of this building, it has all the high end amenity's of a luxury home in a small package, and if you forget to bring anything ; don't worry it's there at lil tio Their are plenty of things to do and places to eat, We stayed at lil tio for a family reunion and had a great time"

"It was our first family cabin trip and we loved the experience. The property was nice and spacious and fit the 9 of us there. We were 3 teens and 6 adults and were able to fit in the main cabin. We also checked out oil creek state park. Our only issue was the low heat when using the stove for cooking. 9/10 would recommend. "

"Enjoyed our stay!! The tiny cabin was so cute. Love how they restored this old trailer! They did a great job and picked perfect finishes. The host, Ab was great at responding and met our needs. He also listened to previous guests and got an air conditioner and microwave. It was nice and cool on a very hot day! Bed was comfy too! The location was great! Hope it’s available next time we come. Highly recommend the Sports bar on Main St for breakfast! Thanks Ab!!"

"Elk Street Retreat was everything it was advertised to be.. The house was fantastic: kitchen was well apportioned - maybe the best of all the VRBOs we've stayed at over the past 5 - 6 years. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of bath towels and bath accessories. We were one block away from the main part of town - but you'd never know it when hanging out on the deck or back yard..We especially liked the multiple times a day visit from an adorable white cat we nicknamed Frankie.
