"If you are looking for a quick home away from home place to stay in Modesto this cute little house is the place you will feel happy you chose to stay at. Although it sits on a busy street there is a tall fence that blocks out the noise and makes it more secure in case of little children. It has all you need to make your stay here comfortableIt is really a clean home."

"Peaceful, well equipped cabin. Comfortable sofa, beds and chill out in general. Great for wildlife and driving into yosemite (Great Oak gate and Tioga pass) The decor and equip is a little dated but all works well and is a true home from home. Air con was great as was car port."

"Our multi generational family stayed here for two nights. The home was clean, spacious, had comfortable beds. It had a well equipped kitchen, which included great coffee and spices and plenty of pots and pans. Our 3 year old loved the toys in the 2 playrooms / bedrooms and our teenager enjoyed playing pool. We went swimming in the heated community pool and played golf!! We would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed here due to proximity to our families home up there. The house is roomy, the yards are fully fenced and it’s very clean. Steep driveway so it was nice that we were able to park in the garage. My children (ages 10 and 12) instructed me to give five stars Would stay again. "

"We liked how spacious and comfortable the entire place was. The owner was very easy to get a hold of. Everything was clean, supplies readily available. Instructions for checking in and out of the place were easy to follow. We recommend however having the address of the entry of the community be included so its easy to follow via gps. Also, a sign regarding the patio lock, works as intended however it is easy for one to get locked out of as our party did. But thankfully the owner was able to...
