"Great place to stay. Centrally located with easy access from and to highway #1. Close to downtown. Clean room and property. Helpful staff. Great breakfast and easy complimentary parking. Did some hiking and in running in Irving nature park while there."

"The maid service was outstanding as usual and the morning breskfast we enjoyed. Having fresh fruit and hot beverages for the guests yo enjoy is so very appreciated. The room was as always exactly what we needed. Just a small recommendation was that the mattress was a bit to soft for our liking. But, the hotel has reached out and all was taken care of and does not reflect on us returning on our next trip back to Saint John nb at the Hampton Inn. "

"Ester at the front desk was so kind and lovely to deal with. Location was nice, had restaurants and stores in a walkable distance. The bathroom in the room could have definitely used a deep clean, but other than that was pleased with the room."

"The staff was lovely but the room was very unclean. Stunk of cigarettes and there was burn holes in the bedding. Empty alcohol bottles and cans everywhere. We left immediately. The staff was lovely and looked defeated. My heart goes out to them but I couldn't stay there with my immune compromised husband and children "

"The host was accommodating and helpful. I appreciated the kitchen, as it let me stay in and relax over the weekend. Kitchen had an apartment-sized fridge and freezer, full-size stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pot. As well, there were lots, a frying pan, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Bathroom had towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Smart TV with Rogers basic cable. Bed was ok for one person. Neighbourhood was quiet. Parking on site. "

"Staff were helpful and friendly, room was a generous size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was on the dirty side and very dated (toilet barely flushed). The hotel offered no amenities but had a basic free breakfast. Lots of parking, however not in a walkable or convenient location. Room walls were thin but no road or outside noise present, but would be an issue with loud neighbours. Would recommend this hotel if you are budget conscious or need to stay for 1 night.
