"My husband had a wonderful time at your cabin for his birthday. Everything was exactly like our home - coffee, paper towels etc for the kitchen. Bathroom and bedroom was clean and a perfect mattress. We did have trouble in the shower, there weren’t any grab bars to steady yourself. It would help to have some grab bars. "If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!"

The apartment we stayed in offered the ability to be able to fix our own meals, sleep in comfort and be walking distance from a multi-flavor soft ice cream shop. We were from 2 hours away. Visited the Benezette Elk Center as well as some of the Elk viewing areas (though we didn't expect to see any, as it was the wrong time of day and season). We also took a short hike. "Myself and 13 of my friends make it a point to get together at least once a year, with this trip being year 5. Of all the places and properties we've been to this one was, hands down, the best trip so far. The perfect cloudless nights, weather, and activities contributed largely to this, but the property was the foundation of everything we did. Its a wonderful place that isnt too far away from anything, yet far away enough that the stars are so clear it could give anyone an existential crisis....
