## Space

In the heart of Rouen, on the top floor of the building, Esmée accommodation, completely renovated in 2025, includes a separate kitchen, a living room opening onto the street with a bedroom separated by a glass roof and a shower room with WC. The flat is on the 4th floor and does not have an elevator.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all crockery and cooking utensils.

The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a large television, a coffee table, a dining table for 4 and a fold-out console for reading or working.

The bedroom is separated by a glass roof with a double bed and opaque curtains for privacy.

The modern shower room has a shower, WC, vanity unit and washing machine.

The accommodation benefits from WIFI. Shops are located right next to the flat (launderette to clean and dry your clothes, bakery, etc...). Free parking is available in the Rue d'Ernemont, close to the property.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.
Would you like to enjoy your stay a little longer? A flat fee of €10 applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval from our concierge team.

Bus: Several Astuce bus routes serve rue Beauvoisine and the surrounding area. The main lines that pass through this area include :
F1: Rapid bus service through the centre of Rouen, linking the northern and southern districts.
11, 13 and 20: These lines take you around Rouen and to other parts of the city.
Metro: Although rue Beauvoisine itself does not have a metro station, Gare-Rue Verte station is just a few minutes' walk away. The metro crosses Rouen from north to south, providing a fast connection to various districts.

2. Trains
Rouen-Rive-Droite station is close to rue Beauvoisine, about 10 minutes' walk away. From here, you can catch trains to a number of cities, including Paris, Le Havre and Caen.

Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out time is no later than 11am.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
