We had a short stay here with our family of 7 and really enjoyed it. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, umbrella, etc. for our beach day. We enjoyed the back patio and saw some alligators in the canal, but didn't take the kayak out because it was covered in spiders nests. The house is a duplex in a nice, quiet neighborhood. About a 15 minute drive to some great beaches. My kids were excited to find hundreds of shark teeth. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen seemed well stocked and everything worked great.

Our stay was great with no major issues with any mechanical items. The garbage disposal appeared to have a minor drip under the sink in kitchen. Everything provided in the house met our needs. Communication with host was prompt and always helpful. The only thing we came across was a moldy coffee filter and grounds in the coffee maker when we arrived. We booked a stay for the same time next year and love the time we spend there. Thank you!

Rotunda West

It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again!

Good place for a quick stop

Positives: Good location, updated, nice private view, easy access to entry, new villa, new villa. Negatives: I think a little more attention needs to be given to cleaning. (The back patio tables were dirty, there were crumbs in the kitchen drawers, the air filter was dirty, and the fans were dusty.) The master bedroom mattress was very hard, and that's okay for some but not for me. I hardly slept. The A/C struggled to get below 76 at night, and we realized why because the air filter had not been changed in a long time. Once we removed it, we got the unit to cool down. Overall, I think it's a nice unit for most and was priced well. I reserved unit 176, but upon arrival, I was given instructions for unit 174. This created confusion, and when I contacted the host, he said he had to switch my unit because the guests in 176 wanted to extend their stay. I would have appreciated a heads-up to this change prior to arriving. He said both units were comparable.

Stay at 176

Clean and nicely furnished. Good location. Bikes had flat tires. Dock and waterway great to sit by and guys enjoyed fishing. Would recommend for up to 6 people. Enjoyed our stay very much.
