Upgraded and updated Villa in Tranquil Neighborhood

We can’t guarantee the weather but do aim to make sure our guests have everything needed for a magnificent stay. Prior to purchasing our home, we had been visiting Rotonda West for about 5 years, then decided to buy in 2010. We love the stunning beaches and waterways, and it’s an excellent area for bicycle riding. From the fully appointed gourmet kitchen, to the splendid pool overlooking the Palms Golf Course, and amenities like pool chaises, beach gear, and bicycles, our home offers more than the average rental villa. This vacation villa is within 3 miles of 8 public golf courses and it’s 12 miles to Boca Grande beaches, restaurants and shopping; 8 miles to Manasota Key beaches, restaurants and shopping; 12 miles to the Charlotte Sports Park, home of the Charlotte Stone Crabs and spring training home of the Tampa Bay Rays; and so much more! We love the area and hope you will too!

We are in the beautiful and peaceful residential community of Rotonda West. There is sleeping accommodation for 6 people. A large lanai (screened enclosure) surrounds the (optionally seasonally heated) pool and outdoor seating area with ceiling fan. There are 4 chaise lounges for outside relaxing as well. The oak and palm tree grove was damaged by Ian, but is filling in nicely. It offers some privacy from golfers, but also provides wildlife to watch for entertainment (in addition to the entertaining golfers who stray off the fairway).

The home offers a 2 car garage, bicycles, some pool toys, gas grill, beach chairs and an umbrella, and cooler for your use. Just bring your swim trunks!

Internet access and cable TV are provided for guest use.

The nearest Airports are Punta Gorda (40 minutes), Sarasota & Fort Myers (about an hour), Tampa (1.5 hours’ drive), Orlando (2 - 2.5 hrs) & Miami (3.5 hours).
