"Taupo is freezing and room took ages to warm up. Air con was very noisy but we needed it on all night to stay warm. We were disappointed in the hilton, bed was old and uncomfortable, unit was very noisy both with plumbing from above us and some trades, we stayed 2 nights and cups for in room coffee ..."

"I made a last minute booking for one night as the motel I'd originally booked didn't work for me. Given the price was lower than the motel, I was pleasantly surprised at what was on offer. If you are in the UK think Premier Inn with kitchenette with washer and dryer. Perfect!"
